EGMi comes as a package of 14 audio tracks, 7 introductions and 7 practices beginning very simply with short hands on practices moving to mindfulness and ending in the deepest meditation possible EGMi Deep Meditation.

Instruction sheets are included in the download if more background is desired the Book EGMi meta cognition for the masses is available as a reference in PDF if needed, this book supersedes all earlier books as the theory of energy driven evolution has now been released further clarifying our energy knowledge and practice, this a new TOE theory of everything.
Audio tracks are used until practices are learned and then practice is continued without guidance, practice will become more effective, faster and easier without the recording. To learn this practice from a book really requires recordings to be made as the mantras are quiet involved but easy to remember with practice there is no backing music as this would distract our focus.
